外固定架固定治疗肱骨投弹骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察外固定架固定治疗肱骨投弹骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年8月-2018年8月采用外固定架固定治疗的27例肱骨投弹骨折患者的临床治疗情况。结果 本组均获得随访10~18个月,平均(14.81±2.51)个月。骨折均愈合,愈合时间3~5个月,平均(4.81±0.72)个月。上肢各关节活动范围均无明显受限,功能正常。随访期内未发生外固定钉松动、断裂、弯曲及骨折移位。根据Neer肩关节功能评分优26例、良1例,Mayo肘关节功能评分优24例、良3例,优良率100%。结论 外固定架固定治疗肱骨投弹骨折可有效提高固定的稳定性,手术创伤小,并发症少,患者可早期进行功能锻炼,骨折愈合好,避免二次住院手术取内固定及减少患者费用,效果较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of using external fixator in the treatment of humeral throwing fractures.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 27 cases of humeral throwing fractures treated with external fixation from August 2016 to August 2018.ResultsThis group was followed up for 10 to 18 months,with an average of 14 months.All fractures healed,and the healing time was 3 to 5 months,with an average of 4 months.The range of motion of each joint of the upper limbs was not significantly restricted,and the function was normal.During the follow-up period,there was no loosening,crack,bending of the external fixation nail,or fracture displacement.According to the Neer and Mayo elbow function scores,24 cases were excellent and 3 cases were good,with an excellent and good rate of 100%.Conclusion External fixation for the treatment of humeral bombardment fractures can effectively improve the stability of fixation,with less surgical trauma and fewer complications.Patients can perform functional exercises early,avoiding secondary hospitalization operations and reduce patient costs,and the fracture healing effect is better.
