中医外治法治疗偏头痛概况

摘　　要：偏头痛是一种较为普遍的慢性间歇性头痛,发病率较高,在其发生时会对患者正常的工作和学习产生很大的负面作用。目前主要采用西医药物治疗,主要有急性发作期治疗和预防性疗法。据观察,由于缺乏对偏头痛的正确认识,偏头痛患者发作期滥用止痛药物现象频发,偏头痛规范化治疗由于西药副作用致使依从性差,疗效欠佳。中医外治法不经胃肠道吸收,毒副作用小,疗效确切。本文通过查阅大量近年来中医外治法治疗偏头痛的文献,整理归纳了目前治疗偏头痛安全有效、临床使用最广泛的中医外治疗法,以便于医师们更方便地了解偏头痛中医外治疗法,以及进一步应用中医外治法治疗偏头痛,为饱受偏头痛困扰的患者带来安全有效的中医治疗。Migraine is the most clinically the most common chronic episodic headache,migraine incidence is high,during the attack seriously affect the daily work and learning,the current pathogenesis is not clear,also has not been studied a radical cure,clinical treatment is mainly western medicine treatment.There are mainly acute episode treatment and preventive therapy.According to observation,due to the lack of correct understanding of migraine,migraine patients in the onset of the abuse of analgesic drug phenomenon frequent,migraine standardized treatment due to western medicine side effects resulting in poor compliance,poor efficacy.Chinese medicine external treatment without gastrointestinal absorption,side effects,small curative effect,this article through consulting a large number of Chinese medicine external treatment to treat migraine literature in recent years,observes the current migraine is safe and effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the most widely used clinical therapy,physicians in order to facilitate more convenient understand TCM external therapy for migraine,And further application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to treat migraine,to bring safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment for patients suffering from migraine.
