摘 要:为解决低温甲醇洗工艺运行中存在二氧化碳排放气中硫化物、甲烷、一氧化碳等含量较高及甲醇循环量与设计不匹配、有效气体损失较大等问题,对原工艺流程进行改造。采用Aspen Plus软件基于PSRK物性方法对工艺的实际工况进行了模拟,新增无硫甲醇闪蒸罐、闪蒸汽压缩机、闪蒸汽进出口换热器和贫甲醇/半贫液换热器,通过灵敏度分析确定了改造工艺的最优参数,成功使得各产品流股均符合工艺要求。To solve the problems existing in the operation of Rectisol process, such as high contents of sulfides, methane, carbon monoxide in carbon dioxide exhaust gas, the mismatch between the methanol circulation volume and the design, and the large loss of effective gas and so on, the original process needs to be modified.Aspen Plus software is utilized to simulate the actual working conditions of the process based on the PSRK physical property method.A sulfur-free methanol flash tank, a flash steam compressor, a flash steam inlet/outlet heat exchanger, and a lean methanol/semi-lean liquid heat exchanger are newly added in the process.The optimal parameters of the renovated process are determined through sensitivity analysis.After all renovations, each product stream is successfully made to meet the process requirements.
