摘　　要：浙江省肿瘤医院公共实验平台始建于2019年,是医院由临床型医院向创新型医院转型升级的技术支撑与保障基地。该公共实验平台从创业初始的“超市”阶段发展到了如今的高效运行的“精品店”阶段,创新性地指出“虚拟币”制度作为绩效杠杆,可激发平台人员积极性,提高平台运行效率。全文介绍了公共实验平台的管理、发展模式,同时探讨了平台的未来发展方向,以期为医院公共实验平台建设提供借鉴参考。The construction of an interdepartmental experimental platform in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital started in 2019,which has greatly supported scientific research and teaching activities in the hospital and promoted the hospital's transforming and upgrading to an innovative academic hospital.At the initial stage the platform provided various technical services in a supply-oriented mode(supermarket mode);gradually it evolved to specialized,individualized and tailored mode(boutique mode) to meet various requirements of research projects.To improve the incentive of the technicians working in the platform,a “virtual currency” system was applied,the work efficiency and performance level were significantly improved.This article introduces the management model and experiences of the experimental platform in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,and also discusses its future development,to provide references for the construction of the experimental platform in hospital.
