摘  要:超声张拉法是目前测量悬索桥索夹螺杆轴力的常用方法。由于实际工程现场工作环境复杂,因此可能在测试各环节中引入误差;此外,设备精度和环境因素也可能对测试结果产生影响,最终会导致计算的螺杆力出现较大偏差。针对上述问题,在分析了超声张拉法索夹螺杆力测量结果中数据的局部异常情况和整体异常情况的基础上,提出了能够提高拟合准确度的局部异常数据点识别方法,以及能够发现错误测量结果或异常工作状态的数据整体异常识别方法,然后通过分析实验室测量数据,验证了所提出的异常数据识别方法的有效性。将该方法应用于南沙大桥大沙水道桥上、下游螺杆实测数据的误差分析中,取得了良好的结果。The ultrasonic tensioning method is commonly used for measuring the axial force of the screw of the suspension bridge cable clamp.However,due to the complex working environment of the actual project site,errors may be introduced in each process during the measurement.In addition,the equipment accuracy and environmental factors may also have an impact on the measurement results.This eventually leads to a large deviation in the calculated bolt force.In view of these problems,both the local and overall abnormal cases of the measurement results are analyzed.A method for identifying local abnormal data that can improve the fitting accuracy is proposed,and a method for identifying the overall abnormal data that can find incorrect measurement results or abnormal working state of bolts is proposed.First,through the processing and analysis of the measurement data in the laboratory,the validity of the abnormal data identification method is verified.Then,the method is applied to the error elimination of the measured data in the upstream and downstream of the Dasha Waterway Bridge of Nansha Bridge,and good analysis results are obtained.
