摘　　要：目的比较新冠病毒感染疫情初期和疫情得到基本控制后南京市二级以上综合性医院的门(急)诊呼吸道传染病防控措施落实情况。方法采用现场调查与评分方法,于2020年1月6—10日(基线调查期)调查30家综合性医院门(急)诊呼吸道传染病防控落实情况,之后实施干预措施,并于2020年8月24日—2021年3月30日(跟踪调查期)对36家医院进行相关项目调查。结果干预措施实施后,制订门(急)诊呼吸道传染病应急预案落实率由33.33%提高至83.33%;设置引导发热患者至发热门诊的标识落实率由63.33%上升至91.67%;医务人员正确佩戴防护装备进入隔离室的落实率从66.67%提高到100.00%;门诊对医务人员开展常见空气传播疾病防控定期培训的落实率从86.67%提高到100.00%。结论新冠病毒感染疫情后,南京市二级以上医院门(急)诊的呼吸道传染病防控能力得到明显提高。Objective To compare the implementation measures for prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in outpatient(emergency)departments of general hospitals above the second level in Nanjing at the initial stage of COVID-19 epidemic and stage of the epidemic basically controlled.Methods Field survey and scoring method was used to investigate the eligibility of prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in 30 general hospitals from January 6-10,2020(baseline survey period).Then Implement interventions,and 36 hospitals were investigated from August 24,2020 to March 30,2021(follow-up survey period).Results After the intervention measures were implemented,the implementation rate of emergency response plan formulation was increased from 33.33%to 83.33%.The guide sign setting rate of guiding patients with fever was increased from 63.33%to 91.67%.The implementation rate of medical personnel correctly wearing protective equipment into the isolation room increased from 66.67%to 100.00%.The regularly training rate to medical staff about common airborne diseases increased from 86.67%to 100.00%.Conclusion After COVID-19,the ability of prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases in outpatient(emergency)departments of the second level hospitals in Nangjing has been significantly improved.
