文献存储和保存国际标准化工作进展研究

摘　　要：文献存储要求和保存条件标准化工作是信息与文献标准化工作的重要组成部分,是文献收藏单位长期保存文献的技术支撑。国际标准化组织信息与文献标准化委员会文献存储要求和保存条件分委员会历经变迁,撤销后再次成立。本文对文献存储要求和保存条件国际标准化工作进展及工作成果进行了梳理,并对国内文献存储要求和保存条件的标准化工作的发展提出建议。The standardization of requirements for document storage and conditions for preservation is an important part of information and documents standardization,and it is the technical support for long-term preservation of documents by document collectors.The section of requirements for document storage and conditions for preservation of the International Organization for Standardization(ISO)has undergone changes,and was re-established after its revocation.This paper combs the progress and achievements of international standardization of requirements for document storage and conditions for preservation,and puts forward suggestions on the development of standardization of domestic document storage requirements and preservation conditions.
