摘　　要：高校学生会是在学校党委领导之下形成的学生自治组织,是充分发挥大学生自治作用的学生组织机构。本次对高校学生会组织、学生干部的标准管理进行研究,目的是将标准理念融入学生会的组织建设与组织管理中,以标准化提升学生会的综合实力与整体管理水平,促进高校学生会的健康长久发展。本文简要分析了高校学生会组织及学生干部管理的常见问题,根据高校要求对学生会组织及学生干部落实标准化管理的有效路径进行深入探究。University student union is a student autonomous organization formed under the leadership of the university Party committee,which is a student organization that gives full play to the role of university students'autonomy.The purpose of this study is to integrate the standard concept into the organizational construction and management of the student union,so as to improve the comprehensive strength and overall management level of the student union,and promote the healthy and long-term development of the university student union.This paper briefly analyzes the common problems of student union organization and student cadre management in colleges and universities,and deeply explores the effective way to implement standardization management of student union organization and student cadre according to the requirements of colleges and universities.
