摘  要:目的:探讨规范化护理干预在肝脏超声造影检查中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年6月~2022年6月时间段在长春市人民医院电诊科实施肝脏超声造影检查的100例患者为研究主体,将其通过随机数字表法分至2组中,即对照组与观察组,两组分别50例,并分别实施常规护理干预及规范化护理干预,将2组患者心理状态、超声造影及相关疾病知识掌握情况及满意度调查结果进行综合对比。结果:护理干预后,观察组心理状态评分要优于对照组(P<0.05),超声造影及相关疾病知识掌握要优于对照组(P<0.05),满意度评分要优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝脏超声造影检查中实施规范化护理干预不仅可以改善患者心理状态,还能提高其对超声造影及相关知识的掌握程度,患者满意度高。Objective:To explore the application value of standardized nursing intervention in liver contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.Methods:1oo patients who performed contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination of liver in the ultrasonic imaging department of the hospital from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Routine nursing intervention and standardized nursing intervention were implemented respectively in the two groups.The knowledge and satisfaction of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and related diseases were comprehensively compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the psychological status score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The knowledge of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and related diseases of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing intervention in liver contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination can not only improve the psychological status of patients,but also improve their mastery of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and related knowledge,with high patient satisfaction.
