摘　　要：目的 总结胎儿胃重复畸形的产前和生后超声声像图特征,并与出生后手术病理检查结果进行对照分析。方法 产前超声筛查、出生后手术病理证实的7例胃重复畸形与手术病理检查结果对照。结果 7例胃重复畸形中产前超声正确诊断4例,误诊2例,漏诊1例。4例单发,3例合并畸形,初次发现胎龄23~33+6周,产前超声主要表现为左上腹胃泡周围囊性包块,与胃泡有共同壁且不相通。病理镜检示送检组织被覆胃黏膜上皮,确诊为胃重复畸形。结论 胎儿胃重复畸形发生率低,有特征性超声图像,产前可明确诊断。出生后应定期复查,监测囊肿大小、位置、囊内容物变化情况,为临床合理诊治提供依据。Objective To summarize the prenatal and postnatal ultrasonographic features of gastric duplication cyst and compare them with postnatal pathological findings. Methods 7 cases of gastric duplication confirmed by prenatal ultrasound screening and postnatal surgical pathology were compared with the results of surgical pathology. Results Among 7 cases of gastric duplication, 4 cases were correctly diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound, 2 cases were misdiagnosed and 1 case was missed. 4 cases were solitary and 3 cases were complicated with malformation. The gestational age at first detection ranged from 23 to 33+6weeks. Prenatal ultrasound mainly showed cystic mass around the left upper abdomen and gastric bubble with a common wall and no communication with the gastric bubble. Pathological microscopic examination showed that the tissue was covered with gastric epithelium, which confirmed the diagnosis of gastric duplication. Conclusions The incidence of fetal gastric duplication is low, there are characteristic ultrasound images, prenatal diagnosis can be clear. The size, location and contents of the cyst should be monitored regularly after birth to provide a basis for reasonable clinical diagnosis and treatment.
