摘  要:为评估电机轴承耐电蚀性能,以轨道交通牵引电机轴承为研究对象,将轴电压作为输入参数,考虑载荷、转速、润滑等应用条件以及轴承绝缘性能参数,建立简化等效电路模型,并根据轴承载荷、接触变形、润滑等基本理论,计算轴承受载情况与润滑油膜厚度,进而推导得到轴承油膜电容及电流密度的计算公式,推荐电流密度阈值为0.1 A/mm^(2)。以轨道交通用某型190 kW逆变驱动电机固定端6215深沟球轴承为例进行计算,轴承最大电流密度小于0.1 A/mm^(2),轴承无电蚀风险。In order to evaluate the electric erosion resistance of motor bearings,the insulated bearings for rail transit traction motor are used as research objects,the shaft voltage is taken as input parameter,the application conditions such as load,speed,lubrication and insulation performance parameters of the bearings are considered,and the simplified equivalent circuit model is established.According to basic theories of load,contact deformation and lubrication of the bearings,the load and lubricating oil film thickness of the bearings are calculated,and the calculation formulas of oil film capacitance and current density of the bearings are derived,the recommended current density threshold is 0.1 A/mm^(2).Taking 6215 deep groove ball bearing at fixed end of a 190 kW inverter drive motor for rail transit as an example,the maximum current density of the bearing is calculated less than 0.1 A/mm^(2),having no risk of electric erosion.
