摘  要:接触失效是电连接器的主要失效形式,为提高电连接器的可靠性,对电连接器接触件进行插拔特性研究,分析电连接器接触件收口量对接触件应力、应变、变形、插拔力的影响规律。研究结果表明,收口量越大,所需要的插拔力越大,所产生的接触应力、应变、变形也越大。在插针头部刚接触插孔至插针头部完全插入插孔这一阶段,数据波动较大。在插针头部完全插入插孔至插针插孔完全插合这一阶段,数据基本保持不变。Contact failure is the main failure form of electrical connector,in order to improve the reliability of electrical connector,the plugging and unplugging characteristics of contact element of electrical connector were studied,and the influence of contact closure volume of electrical connector on contact stress,strain,deformation and insertion force was analyzed.The results show that the larger the closure volume,the greater the insertion force required,and the greater the contact stress,strain and deformation generated.Data fluctuates greatly between the first contact of the pin head and the full insertion of the pin head into the jack.In the stage from the full insertion of the pin head to the full mating of the pin jack,the data remains essentially unchanged.
