摘　　要：“NP+VP+的”是现代汉语中的常用句式,学界对它的认识存在分歧,有学者认为它跟“VP+的+NP”式有纠缠。本文重点考察“NP+VP+的”结构的语法属性与语篇功能。NP表示类指时,VP对NP进行陈述说明,可以看作是从NP的类集合中划出一个具有[+VP]特征的子集合,其中“的”表达确认语气。就其语法属性来看,“NP+VP+的”为降级话题-说明结构,它需要有后续句共同完成某种语义的表达;后续句可分两种类型:或着眼于具有[+VP]特征的子集合本身予以说明,或着眼于部分NP具有[+VP]特征这一事态予以说明。就语义的内在逻辑关系来看,“NP+VP+的”及其后续句构成的完整表达可以用于虚拟语境,表达假设关系,其不带假设关联标记的特点使得它成为法律法规文件的习用格式,满足法律语体的特定要求,体现出了独特的语体价值。“NP+VP+de(的)”and“VP+de(的)+NP”are two completely independent structural expressions in modern Chinese grammar system.This research focuses on the syntactic features,semantics features and expressive functions of"NP+VP+de".When NP is of generic reference,"NP+VP+de"is a topic-comment structure,in which VP states and explains NP,separating a subset with[+VP]semantic features from NP.As a downgrade topic-comment structure,"NP+VP+de"accomplishes semantic expression conjointly with its ensuing clause.There are two ways to observe"NP+VP+de"in the ensuing clause:one concentrates on the subset with[+VP]features,and the other on the state of affair in which partial NP is characterized by[+VP].In terms of expression function,"NP+VP+de,L"(L standing for the ensuing clause),when used in virtual contexts,can express hypothetical semantic relations without hypothesis connective markers,a feature that makes it a common format in legal and regulatory documents,with de performing the function of confirming the comment.
