摘　　要：荒漠化防治对于提升生态系统质量和稳定性、促进沙区经济发展、助力乡村振兴意义重大。中华人民共和国成立至今,高度重视防沙治沙工作,在坚持人与自然和谐共生等生态文明新思想新理念的指导下,通过加强防沙治沙的顶层设计和政策创新、实施一系列重点生态工程、加大荒漠化防治领域科技创新、发挥多元主体力量协力治沙、推进荒漠化防治履约与国际合作等,使我国荒漠化防治取得显著成效,成功探索出了一条生态保护修复与沙区经济发展和民生改善共赢的中国特色荒漠化防治道路。当前,我国荒漠化和沙化土地面积大、影响广,在治理理念、治理制度建设、治理机制创新、治理技术等方面还存在一些瓶颈制约,充分利用好中国特色荒漠化防治的成功经验,对“十四五”时期高质量推进荒漠化治理具有重要意义。The prevention and control of desertification has a great significance for improving the quality and stability of the ecological system,promoting the economic development of desert areas,and facilitating the rural revitalization.Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,our country has paid much attention to the work of sand prevention and control.Under the guide of human-nature harmony and coexistence and other new ideas of ecological civilization,our country has made outstanding achievements in desertification prevention and control by means of strengthening the top-level design and policy innovation for sand prevention and control,carrying out a series of key ecological projects,enhancing the scientific and technological innovation in the field of desertification prevention and control,motivating diverse forces to participate in desertification prevention and control,and promoting the performing of contract and international cooperation for desertification prevention and control.By doing so,we have successfully created a path of desertification prevention and control with Chinese characteristics that can realize multiple objectives of ecological preservation and recovery,economic development of desert area,and improvement of people's livelihood at the same time.At present,our country still has a large area of desertified land and sandy land,and still faces some bottlenecks in the philosophy,institution,mechanism and technique of desertification governance.Therefore,making good use of the successful experiences of desertification prevention and control with Chinese characteristics has an important meaning for carrying out the high-quality desertification governance in the"Fourteenth Five-year Plan"period.
