摘　　要：目的:研究分析腹部肿瘤腹腔转移采用增强CT诊断的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月广饶县人民医院收治的腹部肿瘤腹腔转移患者66例,均接受CT平扫及增强CT检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,对比增强CT对腹部肿瘤腹腔转移的诊断情况。结果:以手术病理结果为金标准,增强CT诊断腹部肿瘤、腹部肿瘤腹腔转移总体准确率均为92.42%,显著高于CT平扫诊断的72.73%和69.70%(P<0.01)。增强CT检查腹部肿瘤腹腔转移患者种植灶深度、种植灶宽度及最小种植灶面积均显著小于CT平扫(P<0.01)。结论:增强CT可提高腹部肿瘤腹腔转移的诊断准确率,且对小种植病灶具有更高敏感性,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal tumor with abdominal metastasis.Methods A total of 66 patients with abdominal tumor and abdominal metastasis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.All of them received CT plain scan and enhanced CT examination.The surgical pathological results were used as the gold standard to compare the diagnosis of abdominal tumor and abdominal metastasis with enhanced CT.Results With surgical pathological results as the gold standard,the overall accuracy of enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal tumor and abdominal tumor metastasis was 92.42%,which was significantly higher than that of plain CT 72.73%and 69.70%(P<0.01).The depth,width and minimum implantation area of abdominal tumor with abdominal metastasis examined by enhanced CT were all significantly smaller than those of CT plain scan(P<0.01).Conclusion Enhanced CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy of abdominal tumor metastasis and has higher sensitivity to small implant lesions,which is worthy of further popularization and application.
