摘　　要：探究老年人胰岛素注射器使用需求与功能的联系,建立老年人胰岛素注射器功能需求指标体系,为其设计实践提供理论依据和指导。运用KJ亲和图法建立老年人胰岛素注射器功能需求清单,然后通过AHP层次分析法,计算得出各需求指标的权重值,并完成一致性检验。最终得出老年人胰岛素注射器层次化功能需求指标为目标层1个、一级指标4个、二级指标14个,并按照其功能需求权重占比设计了一款老年人胰岛素注射器,从操作简易、使用安全、携带便捷、APP界面等方面进行设计运用。To explore the relationship between the use needs and functions of insulin injectors for the elderly,establish an index system for the functional needs of insulin injectors for the elderly,and provide theoretical basis and guidance for their design practice.The KJ affinity diagram method was used to establish the functional requirements list of elderly insulin injectors,and then the AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight value of each demand index and complete the consistency test.Finally,it is concluded that the hierarchical functional demand indicators of the elderly insulin syringe are 1 target layer,4 primary indicators,and 14 secondary indicators.According to the proportion of functional demand,a elderly insulin syringe is designed and used from the aspects of easy operation,safe use,convenient carrying,and APP interface.
