摘　　要：目前,卷烟企业对香精香料的需求主要有两个特点:一是种类越来越丰富,其次是需求量越来越大。这就导致在烟用香料提取车间内,设备的清洗工作变得越来越繁重。本文针对目前提取车间内的设备清洗需求,设计了一套专用于提取车间的CIP系统。该系统包括:清洗液罐、回收液罐、清洗液加热设备以及上下位机的控制系统。经过使用,该CIP系统能够较好的实现香料提取车间内设备的清洗工作,极大地减轻了人员的劳动强度。At present,cigarette enterprises'demand for essence and fragrances mainly has two characteristics:first,the variety is becoming more and more abundant,and second,the demand is growing.This led to the cleaning of equipment in the tobacco flavor extraction workshop becoming more and more arduous.In this paper,a set of CIP system is designed for the current equipment cleaning needs in the extraction workshop.The system includes:cleaning solution tank,recovery solution tank,cleaning solution heating equipment and control system of upper and lower computers.After use,the CIP system can better realize the cleaning of equipment in the spice extraction workshop,and greatly reduce the labor intensity of personnel.
