摘  要:本文以某具体齿轮传动误差试验台构建为例,借助理论计算和有限元仿真分析方法重点针对光栅安装主轴系结构刚度和台体振动特性进行了分析,得出了关键轴系结构刚度设计满足光栅测量精度需求,且对于测试对象在10阶频率范围内,齿轮传动误差频谱响应与台体不会发生共振,验证了试验台关键轴系和台体结构设计科学性和合理性。In this paper,taking the construction of a specific gear transmission error test-bed as an example,the structural stiffness of the main shaft system for grating installation and the vibration characteristics of the platform are analyzed with the help of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis methods.It is concluded that the structural stiffness design of the key shaft system meets the requirements of grating measurement accuracy,and the frequency spectrum response of gear transmission error will not resonate with the platform when the test object is in the 10th order frequency range,The scientific and rational design of the key shafting and platform structure of the test bed is verified.
