摘 要:本文采用可靠性原理和现代模拟方法,结合项目工程研究实践,依据某转管炮击针磨损率和击发可靠性关系相关理论,构建了可靠性仿真模型。利用ADAMS参数化仿真模块,建立转管炮击针磨损量与击发可靠性虚拟样机模型,通过数据迭代及优化仿真结果进行对比分析,得出在现有弹簧刚度条件下,击针磨损量不大于0.65mm时,击针对弹药底火可实现可靠击发。该仿真方法及分析结果对研究转管武器击针磨损量与击发可靠性具有一定的参考价值。Reliability principle and modern simulation method are adopted in this paper,combined with project engineering research practice,according to the relevant theory of the relationship between the firing reliability and the wear rate of the a rotating barrel gun,the reliability simulation model is constructed.Using ADAMS parametric simulation module,the virtual prototype model of the wear amount of the firing pin and the firing reliability of the rotating tube gun is established,Through data iteration and optimization simulation results for comparative analysis,it is obtained that the ammunition can be reliably fired when the wear of the firing pin is not greater then 0.65mm under the existing spring stiffness conditions,reliable firing can be achieved by hitting the primer of ammunition.This simulation method and analysis results have a certain reference value for the research on the wear of the firing pin and the firing reliability of the gatling gun.
