摘 要:钢-混凝土组合结构,因其具有良好的承载力与抗震性能,被广泛的应用到我国城乡建设的各个领域,由此可见,对组合结构进行相关研究就显得非常必要。对3个轻钢-泡沫混凝土组合SXB-1、SXB-2、SXB-3双向板进行试验研究,其中试验的主要内容包括:试件的设计与制作、泡沫混凝土的配合比设计、试件材料力学性能的分析、加载方案与加载制度的选择、应变片与位移计的布置等。通过试验得到了3个组合双向板试件SXB-1、SXB-2、SXB-3的破坏现象与极限承载性能,组合双向板的荷载-挠度变形曲线和沿X轴、Y轴两个方向的挠曲线变化关系,结果表明:轻钢-泡沫混凝土组合双向板从受力到试件破坏的时间段较长,组合双向板的承载性能与整体延性变形能力均较好,试验达到了预期要求。Steel-concrete composite structures are widely used in various fields of urban and rural construction in China because of their good bearing capacity and seismic performance.It can be seen that related research on composite structures is very necessary.It conducts experimental research on three light steel-foam concrete two-way composite boards of SXB-1,SXB-2,and SXB-3.The main contents of the test include,design and manufacture of test pieces,mix ratio design of foam concrete,analysis of material mechanical properties of test pieces,selection of loading scheme and loading system,arrangement of strain gauges and displacement gauges,etc.The failure phenomena and ultimate bearing performance of the three combined bidirectional plate specimens of SXB-1,SXB-2,and SXB-3 were obtained through tests.The load-deflection curve of the combined bidirectional plate and the X-axis and Y-axis directions.The relationship between the deflection curve and the result shows that the time period from the stress to the failure of the composite steel-foam concrete two-way plate is relatively long.The load-bearing performance and the overall ductility of the combined two-way plate are good.
