摘 要:为研究天然砂及石粉含量对机制砂混凝土耐久性能的影响,开展了不同因素及水平下机制砂混凝土抗压、耐磨和抗冻性能试验研究,并分析了天然砂及石粉含量对其影响规律,结果表明:相同配合比下,一定石粉含量的纯机制砂混凝土抗压、耐磨及抗冻性能在不同程度上优于天然砂混凝土;当天然砂与机制砂混合掺配时,60%的天然砂掺量抗压强度达到峰值;对于机制砂混凝土,石粉含量为15%时抗压强度达到峰值;10%石粉含量的机制砂混凝土耐磨性能最优;石粉含量对机制砂混凝土抗压、耐磨和抗冻性能的影响规律上存在一定相关性,综合考虑机制砂混凝土力学和耐久性能,10%~15%的石粉含量是最佳参考范围。研究内容及结论对后期机制砂相关性能的深入研究和应用推广具有重要的参考意义。In order to study the influence of natural sand and stone powder content on the durability of mechanical sand concrete,the compressive,wear-resistant and frost-resistant properties of mechanical sand concrete under different factors and levels are carried out.And the effects of natural sand and stone powder content on it iscompared and analyzed,and the results show that under the same ratio,the compressive,wear-resistant and frost-resistant properties of pure mechanical sand concrete with certain stone powder content are better than that of natural sand concrete to varying degrees.For the natural sand mixed with mechanical sand,the compressive strength reaches the peak when the natural sand mixing content is 60%.For mechanical sand concrete,the peak reaches when the stone powder content is 15%.The wear resistance of the mechanical sand concrete with 10%stone powder content is optimal,and the influence of the stone powder content on the compressive,wear-resistant and frost resistance of the mechanism sand concrete is correlated in a degree.Comprehensively considering the mechanical and durability properties of the mechanical sand concrete,the stone powder content of 10%to 15%is the best reference range.The research content and conclusions are of great reference significance for the in-depth research and application promotion of the related properties of mechanical sand in the later stage.
