摘  要:为探究粉煤灰掺量对低热水泥与普硅水泥早期水化差异的影响,采用电阻率测试仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪及Zeta电位分析仪分别对粉煤灰掺量下的低热水泥和普硅水泥水化的电阻率、孔溶液离子浓度及Zeta电位进行测试。结果表明:在溶解期70 min内,LHP与OPCF20试样的水化速率相当,但在125 min内,LHPF40试样的水化速率接近停滞状态;在诱导期100~720 min内,两种水泥基材料中均存在大量AFt、CSH等生成,但与OPCF20试样相比,LHP试样中大量AFt、CSH等产物生成的时间延迟约51 min;在加速期,当粉煤灰掺量大于或等于30%时,低热水泥试样中AFt向AFm的相转化过程消失,但普硅水泥试样却与之相反。To explore the influence of fly ash content on the difference of early hydration between low-heat cement and ordinary Portland cement.The resistivity tester,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer and Zeta potential analyzer were used to test the resistivity,ion concentration and Zeta potential of hydration of low-heat cement and ordinary Portland cement with fly ash content.The results showed that the hydration rate of LHP and OPCF20 samples were equivalent within 70 min in the dissolution period,however the hydration rate of LHPF40 sample was close to the stagnation state within 125 min.During the induction period of 100 min to 720 min,a large number of AFt and CSH were generated in both cement-based materials.However,compared with OPCF20 samples,the times of AFt and CSH generation in LHP samples were delayed about 51 min.In the accelerated period,when the admixture of fly ash was greater than or equal to 30%,the phase transformation process from AFt to AFm in low-heat cement samples disappeared,but the phase transformation process in ordinary Portland cement samples was opposite.
