摘 要:为研究再生细砂替代石英砂对超高性能混凝土基本力学性能的影响,以再生细砂的取代率(0、25%、50%和100%)和砂胶比(0.6、0.8和0.9)为试验参数,对再生UHPC的工作性能、抗压性能、抗拉性能和弹性模量开展试验研究。结果表明:随着再生细砂取代率和砂胶比的增大,UHPC的扩展度逐渐减小;随着再生细砂取代率的增大,UHPC抗压强度、抗拉强度和弹性模量均呈下降趋势;随着砂胶比的增大,抗压强度逐渐降低,但抗拉强度和弹性模量变化无明显规律;各配合比再生UHPC轴心抗压强度与立方体抗压强度的比值约为0.91;建立了静弹性模量与动弹性模量关于再生细砂取代率的关系式、静弹性模量与立方体抗压强度的关系式。为再生细砂在UHPC中的应用提供了试验基础。To investigate the effect of replacing quartz sand with recycled fine sand on the basic mechanical properties of ultra high performance concrete(UHPC),taking the substitution rate of recycled fine sand(0,25%,50%and 100%)and sand-binder ratio(0.6,0.8 and 0.9)as test parameters,the compressive properties,tensile properties and elastic modulus of UHPC were explored.The results show that the addition of recycled fine sand makes the expansion degree of UHPC decrease gradually.With the increase of the replacement rate of recycled fine sand,the compressive strength,tensile strength and elastic modulus of UHPC decreased.With the increase of sand binder ratio,the compressive strength decreases gradually,but the change of tensile strength and elastic modulus has no obvious law.The ratio of axial compressive strength to cube compressive strength of recycled UHPC is approximately 0.91.The relationship formula between static elastic modulus and dynamic elastic modulus about the replacement rate of recycled fine sand and the relationship formula between static elastic modulus and cube compressive strength are established.It provides an experimental basis for the application of recycled fine sand in UHPC.
