摘 要:为进一步提升高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥(HBSAC)与普通硅酸盐水泥(P·O)的性能,获得性能优异、经济性较好的新型胶凝材料,开展了HBSAC和P·O的复配研究。研究了不同复配合比例HBSAC-P·O复合胶凝材料的物理性能、力学性能和干缩性能,结合水化产物的形成分析,阐明了HBSAC-P·O复合胶凝材料体系的水化机理。结果表明:在HBSAC中加入P·O,复合胶凝材料的标准稠度用水量减少,凝结时间延长,干缩率增加,后期强度增加的同时早期强度降低;在P·O中加入HBSAC,复合胶凝材料的标准稠度用水量减少、凝结时间缩短,干缩率降低,但是其早期强度并未得到提升;HBSAC-P·O复合胶凝材料的水化机理在于削弱了硫铝酸盐矿物的早期水化作用,降低了早期强度;增强了硅酸盐矿物的后期水化作用,提高了后期强度。In order to further improve the overall performance of high belite sulphoaluminate cement(HBSAC)and ordinary Portland cement(P·O),and obtain a new cementitious material with stable performance and good economy,the high belite sulphoaluminate cement-ordinary portland cement composite cementitious material system(HBSAC-P·O composite cementitious material system)was prepared by using HBSAC and P·O.The physical properties,mechanical properties and shrinkage properties of HBSAC-P·O composite cementitious materials with different compound ratios were studied.Combined with the formation analysis of hydration products,the hydration mechanism of HBSAC-P·O composite cementitious material system was clarified.The results show that when P·O is added to HBSAC,the water consumption for standard consistency of composite cementitious materials is reduced,the setting time is prolonged,the shrinkage rate is increased,and the late strength is increased while the early strength is decreased.Adding HBSAC into P·O can reduce the water consumption of standard consistency,shorten the setting time and dry shrinkage of composite cementitious materials,but its early strength is not improved.The hydration mechanism of the composite cementitious material after the combination of the two is to weaken the early hydration of sulfoaluminate minerals and enhance the later hydration of silicate minerals.
