摘 要:针对配电网运行方式多样导致故障判断及保护定值整复杂的问题,研究了基于录波数据的典型故障类型特征判断方法及故障电流反向修正保护定值方法,给出故障定位和定值整定的算法流程及验证实例。分析了管理系统的功能需求,设计实现了配电网保护定值管理系统软件。实际应用表明:故障判断和定值整定方法准确有效,易于软件实现,管理系统功能达到配电网运行需求。In view of the complicated problem of fault judgment and protection setting caused by the diversified operation modes of distribution network,the typical fault type characteristics judgment method and fault current reverse correction protection setting method based on recorded data were studied,and the calculation process and verification examples of fault location and setting were given.The functional requirements of the management system were analyzed,and the protection setting management system software of distribution network was designed and implemented.The practical application shows that the fault judgment and setting method is accurate and effective,easy to be realized by software,and the function of the management system meets the operation requirements of distribution network.
