摘 要:双变换在线式不间断电源(uninterruptible power supply,UPS)采用蓄电池与直流母线直连的拓扑结构,并将前级整流器和蓄电池直流充电器整合为一体,架构紧凑、系统转换效率高。针对该类型UPS前级电压型整流器提出了一种恒流恒压双模式控制策略,其中恒流模式下实现对蓄电池的恒流充电,恒压模式下保持直流母线电压稳定,建立了蓄电池与后级负载并联时的整流器小信号模型,给出了控制环路关键参数设计方法,最后通过10 kW整流器原理样机对所提出的双模式控制策略有效性开展了试验验证。结果表明:在所提出的控制策略下,在线式UPS前级整流器均可实现输入电流的高功率因数,网侧功率因数大于0.99。Dual conversion on-line uninterruptible power supply(UPS)adopts a topology in which the battery is directly connected to the DC bus,and integrates the front-stage rectifier and the battery DC charger into one,with a compact structure and high system conversion efficiency.For this type of UPS front-stage voltage rectifier,a constant current and constant voltage dual-mode control strategy was proposed.According to this strategy,the constant current charging of the battery was realized in the constant current mode,and the DC bus voltage was kept stable in the constant voltage mode.The small signal model of the rectifier when the battery was connected in parallel with the downstream load was established,and the design method of the key parameters of the control loop was given,and finally the effectiveness of the proposed dual-mode control strategy was verified by experiments with a 10 kW rectifier prototype.The results show that under the control strategy proposed,the online UPS front-stage rectifier can achieve high power factor of the input current,and the grid-side power factor is greater than 0.99.
