摘  要:为确保新能源接入通道正常运行,降低故障发生概率,提出了基于消纳数据分析的新能源接入通道安全评估方法。将通道负荷能力和低谷负荷时期常规电源的调峰能力两种消纳数据作为安全指标,构建评估目标函数,并根据实际需求给出相关约束条件,通过绘制风险变化图完成安全评估全过程。以广东某新能源发电站为例,采用所提方法评价发电站的消纳数据接入通道中各个设备的安全状态。结果表明,所得评估数据与专家评估相符,可作为新能源电力系统推广的有效数据支撑。In order to ensure the normal operation of new energy access channel and reduce the probability of failure,a new energy access channel security evaluation method based on consumption data analysis was proposed.The two consumption data of channel load capacity and peak shaving capacity of conventional power supply in low load period were used as safety indicators to construct the evaluation objective function,give relevant constraints according to the actual demand,and complete the whole process of safety evaluation by drawing the risk change diagram.Taking a new energy power station in Guangdong as an example,the proposed method was used to evaluate the safety status of each equipment in the consumption data access channel of the power station.The results show that the evaluation data is consistent with the expert evaluation,and can be used as an effective data support for the promotion of new energy power system.
