摘 要:干式低温热水辐射供暖系统运行时所需供回水温度在35~45℃之间,节能性强且负载低、舒适度高、适用性高,但由于我国目前的设计及施工过程中的技术水平参差不齐,对整体普及影响较大。介绍了干式低温热水辐射供暖系统,对在整个设计以及施工过程中需要注意的问题进行简要分析,如系统设计时模块选择、管道数量优化、干式地暖自流平问题、施工时整个系统施工工艺流程、在不同季节下施工注意事项以及整体的调压运行问题进行详细地分析,并针对可能出现的问题给出应对的解决措施,为今后的干式低温热水辐射供暖的设计参数的选择及系统优化提供理论借鉴。The supply and return water temperature required for the operation of dry⁃type low⁃temperature hot water radiant heating system is between 35~45℃,which has strong energy saving,low load,high comfort and high applicability.However,due to the uneven technical level in the current design and construction process in China,it has a great impact on the overall popularization.This paper introduces the dry⁃type low⁃temperature hot water radiant heating system,and briefly analyzes the problems needing attention in the whole design and construction process,such as module selection in system design,optimization of pipeline quantity,self⁃leveling of dry⁃type floor heating,construction process of the whole system during construction.The construction precautions and overall pressure regulation operation problems in different seasons are analyzed in detail,and the solutions to the possible problems are given,which provides a theoretical reference for the selection of design parameters and system optimization of dry⁃type low⁃temperature hot water radiant heating in the future.
