摘 要:大规格突出装饰构件成为集热、传热的优良载体,是整个建筑围护结构热工性能优化的难点。在大规格突出装饰构件的附加作用下,为有效地解决玻璃幕墙系统隔热性能变差的问题,针对装饰构件与幕墙立柱组成的组合结构,建立集成大规格突出装饰构件的幕墙立柱连接节点位CFD分析模型,在合理考虑结构特征和边界条件的基础上,利用MQMC软件进行传热特性分析;重点选取隔热条长度、装饰构件的外轮廓尺寸、板厚、腔体数量等关键因素进行影响分析,对组合结构的传热特征参数的变化规律进行研究,揭示其影响规律,以此构建玻璃幕墙系统节能优化设计策略;通过实例验证了优化设计策略的可行性和有效性。The large⁃scale decorative strip is the excellent carrier for heat collection and heat transfer,which becomes the difficulty of the thermal performance optimization for building envelope.In order to solve the problem that the heat insulation performance degradation of glass curtain wall under the additional effect of large⁃scale decorative strip,a CFD analysis model for the composite structure that contains curtain wall column and large⁃scale decorative strip is constructed by MQMC software,considering its structural characteristics and boundary conditions.The heat transfer characteristics of the composite structure are studied,and the change rule analysis to the heat transfer characteristic parameters of the composite structure are carried out under various size of heat⁃insulation strip,changing overall dimension,slab thickness and cavity number of the decorative strip.The analysis results reveal the influence law.And based on the influence law,the optimization design strategy of glass curtain energy⁃saving is constructed.An example validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed optimization design strategy.
