摘 要:干熄焦作为一种绿色高效的新型冶金工艺,广泛应用于技改项目中,其系统所配套的公辅设施单体数量多,传统设计采用各自独立的布局模式,存在占地面积大、管理过程中协调性和同步性较差、建成投产后效益不足等缺陷。基于实际的干熄焦技改工程,为解决因用地紧张等限制条件而导致建筑间距过近的难题,以满足建筑间防火间距作为出发点,突破干熄焦工艺的传统布局模式,将干熄焦电气室与电站两个不同性质的建筑单体合为一个建筑物开展建筑设计,对合建后建筑物的生产火灾危险性、耐火等级、防火分区、建筑高度等要素重新整合定义,既满足规范中消防安全的相关规定,又达到了节能环保、降低投资成本的目的,且项目投产后达到预期目标。As a green and efficient new metallurgical process⁃Coke Dry Quenching(CDQ)has been widely used in technical transformation projects.Its systems have a large number of public and auxiliary facilities.The traditional design process adopts independent layout mode,which has some defects,such as compact layout with large area,poor coordination and synchronization in the management process,and insufficient benefits after completion and operation.Based on the actual CDQ technical transformation project,in order to solve the problem of closer building spacing caused by land shortage and other restrictions,the fire separation between buildings is adopted.The traditional layout mode is broke in the CDQ system.The CDQ electrical room and the power station are combined into one building with new architectural design idea.The production fire risk,fire resistance rating,fire compartment,building height and other elements of the combined building are integrated and defined to meet the relevant provisions of fire safety in the specification,and achieve the purpose of energy conservation,environmental protection and reducing investment cost.The expected goal is achieved after the project is put into operation.
