摘　　要：涉外交流内涵形式丰富,资源得天独厚,体系更新快速,在坚定文化自信、展示国家形象、提升生活品质、促进文明互鉴等方面发挥着重要作用。当前,涉外交流的价值挖掘阐释亟待深化,研究成果转化亟待提速,国际传播能力亟待增强,需进一步推动资源禀赋转化,加强内容表达、方式方法、平台渠道的创新,统筹资源力量,向世界展示真实、立体、全面的中国。Foreign-related exchanges take many forms,have unique resources,and are constantly updated,and they play a vital role in building cultural confidence,demonstrating national image,increasing quality of life,and fostering mutual learning across civilizations.At the moment,the value of foreign-related exchanges must be elaborated in depth,the transformation of results must be innovated,and the international dissemination capacity must be strengthened.To show a real,three-dimensional,and comprehensive China to the world,it is required to further promote the transformation of foreign-related resource endowment,strengthen the innovation of content expression,techniques,platforms,and channels,and coordinate resources.
