摘　　要：湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)联合重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-BFGF)治疗方案主要基于中西医结合理论,其在维持创面湿润环境的同时,通过丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(Akt)、B细胞的κ-轻链(NF-κB)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β/Smad)信号通路和PI3-kinase-Rac1-应激活化蛋白激酶(SAPK)、Wnt等多种信号通路防止组织脱水和细胞死亡,促进血管生成、胶原蛋白合成和成纤维细胞迁移,在烧伤创面、擦挫伤、糖尿病创面和褥疮治疗中有良好的效果。本文就MEBO联合rh-BFGF在促进皮肤创面愈合中的作用和研究进展进行综述,以期为指导MEBO联合rh-BFGF的临床治疗提供参考。MEBO combined with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-BFGF)is mainly based on the theory of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.While maintaining the moist environment of the wound,Mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt),κ-light chain(NF-κB),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β/Smad)signaling pathway and PI3-kinase-Rac1-stress-activated protein kinase(SAPK),Wnt and other signaling pathways should prevent tissue dehydration and cell death,promote angiogenesis,collagen synthesis and fibroblast migration,and there are good results in the treatment of burn wounds,bruising,diabetic wounds and bedsores.In this study,the effect and research results of MEBO combined with rh-BFGF in skin wound healing were introduced in detail,hoping to provide reference for better clinical treatment of MEBO combined with rh-BFGF and related studies.
