摘  要:目的:评价脑卒中患者康复早期肢体功能锻炼教育对其功能锻炼总依从率、希望评分(积极态度、积极行动、亲密关系、总分)、康复指标(Berg平衡评分、Barthel指数、Fugel-Meyer评分)的影响效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月至2022年1月收入的80例脑卒中患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组实施传统护理模式,观察组实施康复早期肢体功能锻炼教育。3个月后比较两组患者的功能锻炼总依从率、希望评分、康复效果差异。结果:观察组的功能锻炼总依从率高于对照组,护理后的希望评分、康复指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复早期肢体功能锻炼教育的应用能够提高脑卒中患者功能锻炼总依从率及希望水平、康复效果更佳,具有重要的使用价值。Objective:Objective:To evaluate the total compliance rate,hope score(positive attitude,positive action,intimacy,total score),rehabilitation indicators(Berg balance score,Barthel index,Fugel-Meyer score).Methods:A total of 80 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was given the traditional nursing mode,and the observation group was given the education of early rehabilitation of limb function.After 3 months,the differences in the total compliance rate,hope score and rehabilitation effect of functional exercise were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate of functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the hope score and rehabilitation indexes after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early rehabilitation limb function exercise education can improve the total compliance rate and hope level of functional exercise in stroke patients,and the rehabilitation effect is better,which has important use value.
