注射用头孢呋辛钠对比注射用头孢唑林钠治疗急性细菌性呼吸道感染的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:比较注射用头孢呋辛钠和注射用头孢唑林钠治疗急性细菌性呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:选取本院2018年4月至2019年9月收治的72例急性细菌性呼吸道感染患者参与本次研究,用随机双盲法将其平分为观察组与对照组,分别应用注射用头孢呋辛钠和注射用头孢唑林钠治疗,就两种治疗方案的疗效和安全性进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.4%)比对照组(77.8%)更高,发热、气促、胸痛、咳嗽改善情况优于对照组,观察组的IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、PCT水平低于对照组,不良反应发生率(2.8%)也低于对照组(19.4%),两组相比P<0.05。结论:注射用头孢呋辛钠相比于注射用头孢唑林钠在治疗急性细菌性呼吸道感染中具有更好的疗效和安全性。Objective:To compare the efficacy of cefuroxime sodium for injection and cefazolin sodium for injection in the treatment of acute bacterial respiratory infections.Methods:72 patients with acute bacterial respiratory infections admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected to participate in this trial.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by a random double-blind method,and they were treated with cefuroxime sodium for injection and cephalosporin for injection,respectively.Zolin sodium treatment,the efficacy and safety of the two treatment options are compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(94.4%)was higher than that of the control group(77.8%).The improvement of fever,shortness of breath,chest pain,and cough was better than that of the control group.IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αThe PCT level was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(2.8%)was also lower than that of the control group(19.4%).The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with cefazolin sodium for injection,cefuroxime sodium for injection has better efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute bacterial respiratory infections.
