摘 要:以18个澳洲坚果品种的枝条为接穗,使用合接法进行嫁接,探索澳洲坚果不同品种的嫁接成活率。结果表明,各品种之间的嫁接成活率差异显著(P<0.05),嫁接成活率最高的是桂热1号,其次是南亚3号、B12;B10最低,其次是A4。桂热1号、南亚3号、B12、H2、JW、万峰1号品种之间差异不显著(P>0.05),与其他品种之间差异显著(P<0.05);O.C、B116、C11、万峰2号、万峰3号、万峰4号品种之间差异不显著,但与695、南亚1号、南亚2号、A4、B10品种之间差异显著。嫁接成活率最低B10与695、南亚1号、南亚2号、A4差异不明显外,与其他参与试验品种均存在明细差异。Taking the branches of 18 varieties of Macadamia integrifolia Maiden&Betche as scions,the grafting method was used to explore the grafting survival rate of different varieties of Macadamia integrifolia Maiden&Betche.The results showed that there was a significant difference in grafting survival rate among varieties(P<0.05),with Guire No.1 being the highest,Nanya No.3 and B12.Being the second,B10 is the lowest,followed by A4.There is no significant difference among the varieties of Guire No.1,Nanya No.3,B12,H2,JW and Wanfeng No.1(P>0.05),but significant difference with other varieties(P<0.05).There is no significant difference among O.C,B116,C11,Wanfeng No.2,Wanfeng No.3 and Wanfeng No.4 varieties,but there are significant differences with 695,Nanya No.1,Nanya No.2,A4 and B10 varieties.The lowest grafting survival rate B10 has no obvious difference with 695,Nanya No.1,Nanya No.2 and A4,but there are detailed differences with other tested varieties.
