摘 要:以上海金桥临港教育商住综合体二期项目深大基坑围护施工为工程背景,对上海典型软土条件下深大基坑围护施工关键技术进行了研究。针对基坑场地条件和项目主体结构特点,介绍了重力式搅拌桩、“工法桩+钢管斜撑”“双排桩+止水帷幕+钢管斜撑”“工法桩+2道水平支撑”等多种支护形式的综合应用,并对深大基坑组合支护效果进行分析,为类似工程实践提供了合理建议。Based on the engineering background of the deep and large foundation pit support construction of the second phase project of Shanghai Jinqiao Lingang Education,Commercial and Residential Complex,the key technologies of deep and large foundation pit support construction under typical soft soil conditions in Shanghai were studied.According to the site conditions of the foundation pit and the characteristics of the main structure of the project,this paper introduces the comprehensive application of multiple support forms such as gravity mixing pile,"construction method pile+steel pipe diagonal bracing","double row pile+waterproof curtain+steel pipe diagonal bracing","construction method pile+two horizontal bracing",and analyzes the combined support effect of deep and large foundation pit,providing reasonable suggestions for similar engineering practice.
