摘  要:为加快型钢混凝土基础结构工期进度,保证施工质量和安全,解决型钢结构柱基础埋件标高低于筏板完成面标高的施工问题,通过对预埋件精准定位并固定,超前浇筑预埋件部位混凝土,同时调整传统分层浇筑的施工工艺,达到提前穿插吊装钢结构的效果。结果表明,超前浇筑预埋件施工方案是一种新型有效可行的施工方法,可提高混凝土和钢结构施工质量,减少后期维修隐患,同时通过提前工序穿插,能实现工期节约,为型钢结构柱预埋件低于筏板面工程施工提供了新的施工思路。In order to speed up the progress of the construction period of the profile steel reinforced concrete foundation structure,ensure the construction quality and safety,and solve the construction problem that the elevation of the embedded parts of the profile steel structure column foundation is lower than the elevation of the finished surface of the raft,the embedded parts shall be accurately positioned and fixed,and the concrete at the embedded parts shall be poured in advance,while the traditional layered pouring construction technology must be adjusted to achieve the effect of inserting and hoisting the steel structure in advance.The results show that the construction scheme of pre-casting embedded parts is a new,effective and feasible construction method,which can improve the construction quality of concrete and steel structure,reduce the invisible risks of later maintenance,and realize the time saving through the advanced process,which provides a new construction idea for the construction of the embedded parts of the steel structure column lower than the raft surface.
