摘　　要：西交利物浦大学太仓校区教学区项目幕墙工程中存在装饰面板类型多元化、幕墙施工难度大等特点,通过采用横通竖断式龙骨布置,有效减少了钢制连接件,避免了大面积的焊接及预埋件偏位后补情况,实现了竖龙骨与装饰面板间的灵活调整布置。通过采用中空钢化LOW-E玻璃、单片钢化玻璃、陶棍和陶板等多类型面板结构形成多元组合幕墙,在保证建筑外立面的保温、隔声和美观等功能的同时又降低了工程造价。总结的施工技术可为类似工程提供借鉴。The curtain wall construction of the teaching area project of Xijiao Liverpool University Taicang Campus has the characteristics of multi-type decorative panels and great difficulty in curtain wall construction.Through the adoption of horizontal connecting and vertical breaking type keel layout,the steel connectors are effectively reduced,the large area of welding and the offset of embedded parts are avoided,and the flexible adjustment and arrangement between the vertical keel and the decorative panel is realized.Multi-combined curtain wall is formed by adopting hollow tempered Low-E glass,monolithic tempered glass,ceramic rod and ceramic plate and other panel structures,which can ensure the thermal insulation,sound insulation and aesthetic functions of the building facade while reducing the project cost.The summarized construction technology can provide reference for similar projects.
