摘　　要：以大型住宅混合公建项目为例,针对现行的浇筑梁柱不同强度混凝土施工技术进行研究,创新性地设计应用一种定型式分隔装置,并形成一种定型式分隔装置在浇筑梁柱不同强度混凝土创新技术。创新技术的应用,实现不同强度等级混凝土同步浇筑,使不同强度等级混凝土交界处结合密实且界线面清晰,满足节点混凝土强度要求,取得良好的实施效果。创新技术先进可靠、经济适用且可操作性强,在全现浇钢筋混凝土结构的柱梁节点不同强度等级混凝土施工方面具有显著的可推广性。Taking the large-scale residential mixed public building project as an example,the current construction technology of pouring concrete with different strength for beams and columns is studied,a type of fixed pattern separator is innovatively designed and applied,and a new technology of customized separator is formed in pouring concrete with different strength for beams and columns.The application of innovative technology realizes the synchronous pouring of concrete of different strength grades,makes the junction of concrete of different strength grades compact and clear,meets the requirements of joint concrete strength,and achieves good implementation effect.The innovative technology is advanced and reliable,economical and applicable,and has strong operability.It has significant popularization in the construction of concrete with different strength grades of column and beam joints of fully cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures.
