摘　　要：建筑结构检测技术对于当前城市更新背景下的房屋改建扩建项目具有重要的实际意义。为进一步推动其发展和应用,总结了建筑结构检测技术的重要性、常见检测方法、检测流程以及三维扫描技术的应用要点。通过全面分析建筑结构检测技术的应用现状及工艺,旨在为业内同行更好地进行建筑物结构评价以及改建扩建设计与施工提供参考。The building structure detection technology has important practical significance for the building reconstruction and expansion project under the current urban renewal background.In order to further promote its development and application,this paper summarizes the importance of building structure detection technology,common detection methods,detection processes and application points of 3D scanning technology.Through a comprehensive analysis of the application status and process of building structure detection technology,it is intended to provide a reference for the industry peers to better carry out building structure evaluation,reconstruction and expansion design and construction.
