摘 要:以重庆东站大体积混凝土平板式筏形基础施工过程中的温度测控需求为背景,依托自动化监测平台,将温度传感器采集系统、无线数据传输系统、数据处理系统、控温系统等整合互联成大体积混凝土自动化温度测控系统。经工程实践证明,应用该技术有效地解决了大体积混凝土浇筑过程中面临的温度控制难题,总结的施工经验可供类似项目借鉴。Based on the temperature measurement and control requirements during the construction of mass concrete flat raft foundation of Chongqing East Railway Station,relying on the automatic monitoring platform,the temperature sensor acquisition system,wireless data transmission system,data processing system,temperature control system,etc.are integrated and interconnected into a mass concrete automatic temperature measurement and control system.The engineering practice has proved that the application of this technology has effectively solved the problem of temperature control in the process of mass concrete pouring,and the construction experience summarized can be used for reference by similar projects.
