摘 要:为了使装配式建筑的主次梁形成整体,主梁预制时通常将主次梁节点区域作为现浇混凝土区段,使得主梁成为多节段预制梁,吊装时各个预制梁节段易处于不平衡易失稳的状态。基于此,研发了一种多节段预制梁吊装辅助平衡工具,并通过有限元分析验证了其力学性能的优异性,保证了吊装工程中各节段预制梁均处于稳定平衡状态,可在后续类似工程中推广应用。In order to make the primary and secondary beams of prefabricated buildings form a whole,the node area of the primary and secondary beams is usually taken as the cast-in-place concrete section during the prefabrication of the main beam,so that the main beam becomes a multi-segment precast beam,and each precast beam segment is easy to be in an unbalanced and unstable state during the hoisting.Based on this,a multi-segment precast beam hoisting auxiliary balancing tool was developed,and its mechanical properties were verified by finite element analysis,which ensured that the precast beams of each segment were in stable equilibrium in the hoisting project,and could be popularized and applied in similar projects.
