全寿命期集成化管理在科技住宅项目中的应用研究

摘　　要：结合实际案例,对科技住宅在建设过程及交付后存在的问题进行研究,并引入全寿命期集成化管理理念的解决方案。项目案例表明,全寿命期集成化管理在科技住宅项目中有着良好的应用效果,对类似建设项目具有参考价值。Based on practical cases,the problems existing in the construction process and after delivery of scientific and technological housing are studied,and the solution of integrated management concept in the whole life cycle is introduced.The specific project case shows that the integrated management of the whole life cycle has a good application effect in scientific and technological housing projects,and has reference value for similar construction projects.
