摘 要:喷洒装置机械旋转构件过度使用后,会损害其机械性能,产生转子不平衡问题。因这种不平衡缺少可准确衡量的特征参数,所以提出一种喷洒装置机械旋转构件现场动平衡二次校正控制方法。首先提取转子在转动不平衡时的振动幅值及相位;然后基于提取结果,对喷洒装置机械旋转构件进行不平衡校正,并采用影响系数法二次校正构件现场动平衡。实验与分析结果表明,该方法能更精准地提取喷洒装置机械旋转构件振动信号相位、幅值,绘制出时域振动信号波形,二次校正后喷洒装置机械旋转构件两测点振动信号波形逐渐稳定,现场动平衡得到保证。Excessive use of mechanical rotating components of the spraying device will damage the mechanical performance and cause rotor imbalance.Due to the lack of characteristic parameters that can be accurately measured,a secondary correction control method for the on-site dynamic balance of the mechanical rotating components of the spraying device is proposed.Firstly,the vibration amplitude and phase of the rotor during rotating unbalance are extracted;Then,based on the extracted results,the mechanical rotating components of the spraying device are corrected for imbalance,and the influence coefficient method is used to correct the on-site dynamic balance of the components.The experimental and analytical results show that this method can more accurately extract the phase and amplitude of the vibration signal of the mechanical rotating component of the spraying device,and draw the vibration signal waveform in the time domain.After secondary correction,the vibration signal waveform of the two measuring points of the mechanical rotating component of the spraying device is gradually stable,and the on-site dynamic balance is guaranteed.
