兰溪市幽门螺杆菌现症感染情况和分型分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨兰溪市幽门螺旋杆菌现症感染情况和抗体分型特征。方法 选取2019年1月—2022年5月就诊于兰溪市人民医院进行HP现症感染检测的11 820份样本和同时检测抗体分型的1 085例患者结果进行分析。结果 11 820份样本中,幽门螺旋杆菌总感染率为33.95%,其中现症感染率为32.96%,既往感染率为0.99%,总感染率较高的3个年龄阶段为31岁~40岁、51岁~60岁和21岁~30岁,感染人群性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1 085例现症感染阳性患者分型幽门螺杆菌Ⅰ型占比为64.88%,Ⅱ型占比为35.12%。结论 兰溪市幽门螺旋杆菌感染率低于全国数据,以现症感染为主,既往感染为辅,感染人群类型无性别差异,总感染最高的年龄段为31岁~40岁,感染型别主要是具有较强毒性的幽门螺杆菌Ⅰ型,需要引起兰溪地区临床关注。Objective This paper aims to investigate the current infection and antibody typing characteristics of Helicobacter pylori(HP) in Lanxi City. Methods From January 2019 to May 2022, 11 820 samples from Lanxi People’s Hospital for HP current infection detection and 1 085 patients for antibody typing were selected for analysis. Results Among the 11 820 samples, the total infection rate of HP was 33.95%, of which the current infection rate was 32.96%, and the past infection rate was 0.99%. The three age groups with high total infection rate were 31-40 years old, 51-60 years old and 21-30 years old, and there was no statistical significance on the difference of total infection rate in gender(P>0.05);the typing results of the 1 085 patients with positive current infection were HP type Ⅰ(64.88%) and HP type Ⅱ(35.12%). Conclusion The infection rate of HP in Lanxi City was lower than the national data, with current infection as the dominant and followed by past infection. There was no gender difference in the types of infected people. The age group with the highest total infection was 31-40 years old, and the infection type was mainly the highly toxic HP type Ⅰ, which should arouse clinical attention in Lanxi area.
