摘 要:为研究槽区分布对密封性能的影响,以发散型T形槽液膜密封为研究对象,通过改变槽形区域位置,使其分布在动环外侧、中部及内侧,形成外槽形、中槽形和内槽形3种结构;建立其相应模型,对其液膜流场进行数值计算,讨论工况参数和槽形几何参数对3种槽形结构密封性能的影响。结果表明:槽区分布对密封性能有重大影响,同一条件下,外槽形拥有较强的流体动压特性和流体泵出效应,从而具有较大的开启力和较低的泄漏量,在3种槽形中密封性能最好;工况参数和槽形几何参数对3种槽形的开启力和泄漏量有较大影响,当膜厚取2~5μm,槽深取5~9μm,槽数取10~14个,发散角取32°~40°,可获得较好的密封性能。To study the influence of groove area distribution on sealing performance,the diverging T-shaped groove liquid film seal was taken as the research object.By changing the groove region position,three groove structures of outer groove,middle groove and inner groove were formed by machining the groove on the outer,middle and inner parts of the moving ring.The corresponding model was established and the liquid film flow field was numerically calculated.The influence of operating parameters and groove geometry parameters on the sealing performance of three groove structures was discussed.The results show that the groove distribution has a great influence on the sealing performance.Under the same condition,the outer groove shape has strong fluid dynamic pressure characteristics and fluid pumping effect,so it has larger opening force and lower leakage,and the sealing performance is the best among the three groove shapes.Operating parameters and groove geometry parameters have great influence on the opening force and leakage of the three groove shapes.When the thickness of the film is 2 to 5μm,the depth of the groove is 5 to 9μm,the number of grooves is 10 to 14,and the divergence angle is 32°to 40°,the better sealing performance can be obtained.
