基于专利数据的医学影像智能显示研究

摘　　要：医学影像智能显示技术在疾病诊断方面扮演着非常重要的角色,但国内在本领域研发尚有很多空白点,核心技术原始创新能力不足。文章使用incoPat专利数据库,检索医学影像智能显示领域专利数据,研究该领域的专利申请-公开趋势、专利权人竞争力情况、全球专利技术点及技术功效趋势。基于专利视角,分析全球医学影像智能显示技术研究现状,从专利数量、专利质量、政府引导等方面提出相关建议,促进医学影像智能显示技术的研发。Medical image intelligent display technology plays a very important role in disease diagnosis,but there are still many gaps in domestic research and development in this field,and the original innovation ability of core technology is insufficient.The article uses the incoPat patent database to retrieve the patent data in the field of medical image intelligent display,and studies the patent application-disclosure trend,patentee competitiveness,global patent technology points and technology efficacy trend in this field.Based on the patent perspective,this paper analyzes the current status of research on intelligent display technology of medical image in the world,and puts forward relevant suggestions from the number of patents,patent quality,government guidance and other aspects to promote the research and development of intelligent display technology of medical image.
