摘　　要：地方高校图书馆基础条件薄弱,文章通过调查河北省40所公办本科高校图书馆的网站,从高校图书馆检索系统、特色馆藏、馆际互借服务等方面进行系统剖析,对相关研究概念,协同、共享以及协同共享概念进行梳理,找到改进方法。探讨协同共享理念下,地方高校图书馆从整合检索系统、优化特色资源、与对口单位合作、读者服务创新模式4个方面来提升地方高校图书馆服务发展研究,达到提升河北省地方高校人才培养的能力,改进服务质量,提高服务效果。The basic conditions of local university libraries are weak.Through investigating the websites of 40 public undergraduate university libraries in Hebei province,the article systematically analyzes the retrieval system of university libraries,characteristic collections,interlibrary loan services,and other aspects,combs the relevant research concepts,collaboration,sharing,and collaborative sharing concepts,and finds ways to improve them.Under the concept of collaboration and sharing,local university libraries should improve the research on the service development of local university libraries from four aspects:integrating the retrieval system,optimizing the characteristic resources,cooperating with the counterpart units,and the innovative mode of reader service,so as to improve the ability of talent training in local universities in Hebei province,improve the service quality,and improve the service effect.
