摘　　要：新时代新形势,高校档案工作面临的挑战也与以往有所不同,必须审时度势,以发展的眼光有针对性地开展各项工作。文章基于N高校迎接检查过程中档案利用工作实践,发现实际利用给档案工作带来的几点挑战,总结提炼出新形势下高校档案管理工作在源头、过程、利用等方面存在的问题,进而从“引领”“管理”“服务”3点入手提出针对性策略,以期为相关工作提供参考。In the new era and new situation,the challenges faced by university archives work are also different from those in the past.We must assess the situation and carry out various work with a development perspective.Based on the practice of archives utilization in the process of inspection in N university,this paper finds several challenges brought by actual utilization to archives management,summarizes and refines the problems existing in the source,process and utilization of archives management in universities under the new situation,and then puts forward targeted strategies from the three points of“leading”,“management”and“service”,with a view to provide reference for relevant work.
