美国对华舆论战视角下的“中国误导信息”行动

摘　　要：[研究目的]近年来,误导信息成为美国对华舆论战中出现的一个新概念。研究这一现象有利于了解美国对华舆论战的特征,并进行反制。[研究方法]通过分析美国官方文件、智库报告和媒体报道,梳理美国以误导信息为武器开展对华舆论战的机制、应对方式和影响。[研究结论]美国以误导信息为由发起的对华舆论战,充分调动了传播过程的各个要素。美国这一行为的目的是遏制中国影响力,夸大了误导信息的作用,损害了中美两国关系的健康发展。[Research purpose] In recent years,disinformation has become a new concept in the public opinion war of U.S.against China.Studying this phenomenon contribute to understand the characteristics of the public opinion war of U.S.against China,and counteract it.[Research method] This paper analyzes U.S.official documents,think tank reports,and media reports,sorting out the manifestations,reasons and impacts of the disinformation as a weapon in public opinion war of U.S.against China.[Research conclusion] The public opinion war of U.S.against China launched by the misinformation grounds,has fully mobilized all elements in the process of communication.The U.S.behavior aiming to contain Chinese influence,exaggerates the role of disinformation,and undermines the healthy development of relations between China and the United States.
